💼Tasks To Deliver :

🔸You’ll monitor the AI Bots performance, stepping in whenever the AI can’t handle tricky cases.
🔸Help our clients setting up their bot, making changes to the knowledge base and adjusting prompts
🔸Assist with any client requests including queries of their contracts and bills

🧾What We Need From You:

🔸English at C1 level or higher
🔸Computer literacy
🔸Your own computer and reliable internet connection
🔸Experience with IT projects
🔸Excellent problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to identifying issues
🔸Availability to work from 09:00 to 18:00 (GMT+8, Singapore time)
🔸Strong communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams
🔸Ability to work independently in a remote environment and deliver results in a timely manner

💼Your Responsibilities:

🔸Ensure smooth communication of patients and our product on behalf of clinics
🔸Label datasets to help train our AI
🔸Submit bug reports to the dev team and suggest product improvements
